Director of Sales

Cohley is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to be a hands-on coach and a strong leader of the sales organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Account Executive team to provide deal support, hands-on training and strategic planning

  • Own and meet/exceed team revenue targets

  • Be a "player / coach" and help Cohley gain market

Recommended Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets both individually and in a management capacity

  • Experience hiring, training and ramping a sales team

  • Ideally, has done this at a startup or at a company that is selling to a similar customer profile

  • Experience selling SaaS products, ideally to marketing departments of brands at similar price points

Other Requirements

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills BA/BS degree or equivalent


Account Manager

Cohley is looking for Account Managers to proactively support our clients. We've been growing like crazy, and we're looking for someone who’s hardworking, passionate, personable and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll also closely with the product team, the partnerships team and the marketing team to ensure top-down alignment with the ultimate goal of providing clients with the best experience possible.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined number of customer relationships

  • Advise on best practices with customers, proactively suggest campaign concepts

  • Gather valuable product feedback and work closely with the Product team

  • Drive new product adoption, manage both 1:1 and customer-wide continued education and training

Recommended Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager

  • Experience working at a tech startup, ideally at a SaaS company

Minimum Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year accredited university


Account Executive

Cohley is looking for Account Executives to help us take the company to the next level. You’ll be directly responsible for your own book of business and will manage both inbound and outbound leads from first contact through close. You'll work closely with our strategy team during both the sales process and in the post sales process to ensure that clients are set up for overwhelming success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage both inbound and outbound leads

  • Source new business opportunities

  • Manage strategic relationships

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to ensure that our clients have a great experience

Recommended Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in SaaS or at a tech startup

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve benchmarks

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Passionate and hardworking with a demonstrated ability to build great relationships

Minimum Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year accredited university
