10 Best Product Seeding Platforms for Brands in 2026
We compared 10 product seeding platforms on post rates, fulfillment, rights and price. Only two publish how many seeded creators actually post.

Only two of the 10 seeding platforms below publish how many seeded creators actually post. Upfluence puts it at about 60%, and Skeepers reports more than 85%. The rest leave you to find out after the boxes ship. That gap is the whole game in seeding. Sending product is easy. Turning units shipped into content you can use is where the platform earns its keep.
Seeding is the lowest-cost way into creator content.
You send product to creators who fit your brand, and a share of it comes back as posts, reviews and reusable assets. A creator who chose to post about your product reads as more authentic than one you paid to.
The short answer. For seeding at scale with brand safety as the priority, Cohley. For a smaller sampling program at a published price, Modash or GRIN's free tier. To manage your own creator list in one place, GRIN, or CreatorIQ at enterprise scale. For seeding that feeds affiliate links and sales tracking, Upfluence or Aspire. For pay-per-post volume on Amazon, Stack Influence. To have the whole program run for you, Cohley, Statusphere or Stack Influence.
Cohley is ours, so it's listed first, and we say where it isn't the fit. The other nine are laid out so you can choose without a sales call.
TL;DR
- Post rates are rarely published: about 60% of seeded creators post on Upfluence, and Skeepers reports above 85%.
- Stack Influence bills only for completed posts, about $30 each on average. Everywhere else, unposted units still cost you product and shipping.
- Three platforms ship for you: Statusphere from its own warehouse, Stack Influence by reimbursing creators who buy, and Cohley [PRODUCT: confirm]. Most others create an order your store ships.
- Published prices run from GRIN's free tier to Statusphere's $10,000 starting investment.
What is product seeding?
Product seeding is sending free product to creators so they can try it and, if they like it, post about it. Seeding platforms handle creator selection, fulfillment, post tracking and usage rights, so a box of samples becomes a content pipeline you can measure per unit.
Before these tools, sampling was a spreadsheet job. You'd find creators by hand, DM them, mail product from the office and hope a post showed up. Nobody could say how many of the 500 units sent out ever became content, or what each piece cost.
What content can seeding produce?
- Organic socialCreator posts and short-form videoTikTok, Instagram, YouTube
- Paid socialSeeded video and photos, where rights allowMeta Ads, TikTok Spark Ads
- Ecommerce and retailReviews, photos and video, plus sales tracked through codes, links or Amazon AttributionYour product pages, Amazon, Walmart, Target
What should a seeding platform do?
The biggest gap between platforms in 2026 is how much of the routine work the software takes on. Check these seven things:
- Content per unit seeded. Of 100 units out, how many posts, reviews and reusable assets come back, and what did each cost? Few platforms publish this.
- AI and automation. Does the AI help write the brief, match creators and check what comes back against your requirements?
- Creator vetting. At minimum, fake-follower and engagement-fraud screening. At best, a pre-screened network and a human review before product ships.
- Fulfillment. Self-serve platforms create an order your store or 3PL ships. Managed platforms ship from their own warehouse, have creators buy and get reimbursed, or ship for you.
- Reporting. Units out, posts back, and sales attributed through codes, affiliate links or Amazon Attribution.
- Usage rights. Whether rights cover every seeded asset or only commissioned ones, how long they last, and whether paid use costs extra.
- Pricing model. Per seat, per creator, per completed post or a credit pool. That decides whether cost grows with your team or your unit count.

How we compared them
We compared each platform on five things: content per unit seeded, creator selection, fulfillment, reporting and pricing model. Facts come from each vendor's own pricing or help pages as of October 2026, linked in each profile. Where a vendor doesn't publish a detail, we say so rather than guess. Cohley is listed first because it's ours. The other nine are listed, not ranked.
The 10 best product seeding platforms in 2026
1. Cohley
Cohley is a creator content platform for mid-market and enterprise consumer brands, and Product Seeding is how those brands turn samples into usable content at scale.
The bet behind it: more creator activity is not the same as more usable content. A program that ships 500 units and gets back 300 posts nobody can reuse has paid for reach, not content. Cohley is built to judge seeding on what you can put to work afterward.
Every program starts with a Seeding Brief that sets the quality bar: the product, the content you need back, the creator criteria and the disclosure requirements. Creators opt into that specific Brief with their portfolio and answers to any screening questions you add, so product goes to people who chose it. Creators are screened before they join the network, and your team reviews each applicant's social metrics and portfolio before anyone gets product.
When content comes back, AI Asset Analysis checks each submission against the requirements you set, so problems surface before content reaches your approval queue. Finn, Cohley's AI agent for creator content operations, works across the workflow. Contracts, payments and rights are handled in the platform, and creators who deliver can be saved to a Creator Hub list and invited to the next Brief. Every plan includes perpetual content rights, so seeded content can run in paid social, on product pages and on retail listings, not just on the creator's feed.
Better Your Health ran custom review sampling with Cohley across four supplement brands: RenewLife, Natural Vitality, NeoCell and Rainbow Light. It replaced a vendor with 30% completion and reached 99% completion and a 4.8 average star rating, with reviews syndicated through Bazaarvoice and its own site. That result belongs to its program, not to every seeding program. Koia used Cohley creator content to build 160+ licensed photos and videos for its launches at Target, Walmart, Whole Foods and 7-Eleven (Koia case study).
Posting isn't guaranteed, and no platform can guarantee it. Product and shipping on units that never become posts are still yours, so budget for them. The product seeding page shows the full loop.
Good for: mid-market and enterprise brands with brand-safety requirements that want seeding to scale content production, including brands selling through Amazon, Walmart and Target, with a dedicated customer success manager.
Not a fit for: brands that want a creator database and a handful of samples a month. A lighter self-serve tool below fits that better and costs less.
Pricing: $35 per completed creator.

2. GRIN
GRIN runs product seeding inside a self-serve creator management platform for DTC and ecommerce brands, from a free tier to enterprise. Seeding is one step in a relationship you own, not a one-off sample drop. A seeding run on GRIN is a batch of orders against your own catalog: choose the creators (Gia AI search or marketplace applications), set the products they can claim and release the orders. Your Shopify store ships every unit, and anything posted lands in a content library with rights attached. Posting is not guaranteed.
Good for: DTC brands on Shopify that want each seeding batch to feed a creator relationship they keep, with affiliate codes and content in the same system.
Not a fit for: brands that need fake-follower scoring (not published), a store other than Shopify for order sync, or a managed program. Creator payments funded through GRIN carry a 5% to 20% fee.
Pricing: public and month-to-month since January 2026: Free (10 gifts), Starter $200/mo (100 gifts a month), Growth $500/mo, Scale $1,500/mo, Enterprise custom. Seeding-only campaigns need no deposit.

3. Upfluence
Upfluence connects product seeding to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce, the widest store coverage on this list. It relaunched in September 2026 around Jaice, its AI agent. Each seeding campaign is an application form plus an order: creators apply with the product they want and a shipping address, and one-click fulfillment drops a fully discounted draft order into your store, which ships it. Posts show up in the campaign's Content tab as they go live. Jaice writes the brief, runs outreach and applies AI brand-safety checks across a 12M+ creator database. Upfluence's own help center says posts are not guaranteed and puts the share of seeded creators who post at about 60%.
Good for: ecommerce brands that treat seeding as the top of an affiliate funnel, with codes, links and sales tracking attached to every creator.
Not a fit for: brands that can't commit to a 12-month minimum, or that need seeding orders on the entry tier. There's no in-platform delivery tracking for Shopify orders.
Pricing: custom quote, fixed platform fee, 12-month minimum. Seeding orders and store integrations start at the middle tier (pricing).

4. Statusphere
Statusphere is the most hands-off seeding model here: a managed micro-influencer platform for consumer and CPG brands, with fulfillment from a warehouse it owns. You ship stock to its Orlando warehouse, SmartMatch assigns units to opt-in, invite-only micro-creators, and StevieOps, its AI campaign manager, handles outreach, approvals and compliance review, while creator orders go out within 48 hours. Posts, Spark Ad codes and metrics land in a dashboard, with usage rights built into every brief. The marketing says guaranteed posts and the FAQ says guaranteed delivery, so ask what happens to a unit that never becomes a post.
Good for: CPG and retail brands that need hundreds of units seeded on TikTok, TikTok Shop and Instagram each month and have no team to run it.
Not a fit for: brands that want a say over creator selection or pre-publication review, creators above micro size, or a Shopify integration (none found). Campaign waves start on the 1st and 15th.
Pricing: custom and credit-based, initial investment from $10,000. Shipping included.

5. Aspire
Aspire is a sales-led influencer marketing platform for mid-market and enterprise ecommerce brands, with seeding run from per-campaign product catalogs and an optional managed-service team. You import the products a campaign can give away, creators choose size and color and enter an address, and the gift order syncs to Shopify for your fulfillment team. Discovery runs on AI search over Meta and TikTok data, an Audience Authenticity score flags inflated followings, and a manual review sits before approval. Posts collect in a Content Hub with usage rights, and sales from codes and links show in a dashboard. Posting is not guaranteed.
Good for: mid-market ecommerce brands that want seeding, affiliate links and Meta partnership ads run as one program by a team that can also take it over.
Not a fit for: brands that want month-to-month terms, a self-serve tier or someone else to ship. Annual contract only, you ship every sample, and only Shopify and WooCommerce are named for order sync.
Pricing: custom quote on an annual contract. No public pricing, self-serve tier or free trial.

6. CreatorIQ
CreatorIQ is enterprise creator marketing software for large brands and agencies, with seeding run from a central product database inside the creator CRM and Strategic Services as the managed option. You build a product database, assign products to creators, and let creators pick and order through an integrated Shopify storefront. Product and creator data export to your fulfillment team, and AI content tracking collects what gets posted. Product costs roll into campaign budgets, with conversion analytics on codes and links.
Vetting is the deepest on this list: fake-follower flags, brand safety across 12 categories, SafeIQ AI suitability checks and Lookback background checks. Posting is not guaranteed. CreatorIQ says Q, its agentic AI, stays inside MeasureIQ analytics until early 2027 (launch coverage).
Good for: enterprise brands and agencies that already run a creator CRM and need seeding, brand safety and conversion tracking inside it.
Not a fit for: brands below enterprise scale, or anyone who needs a store other than Shopify. You ship from the export, and usage rights are not stated.
Pricing: custom quote, not published. Capterra lists a Basic plan at $36,000 a year.

7. Modash
Modash is a discovery tool with seeding attached: a 380M-profile creator database across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with Shopify-native sample sends at no extra charge. You set a budget per creator, and Modash issues each creator a link and discount codes to check out in your store. Your normal Shopify flow ships the unit, and status syncs back through delivery. Vetting is an audience quality score plus demographics down to city level. Posting is not guaranteed.
Good for: brands that seed a few dozen units at a time to creators they found themselves, and ship from Shopify.
Not a fit for: brands on a store other than Shopify, or anyone who wants a managed service. Seeding is brand-fulfilled, with monthly caps on profile opens, emails and tracked creators.
Pricing: public: Essentials $199/mo and Performance $499/mo billed yearly ($299 and $599 monthly). Enterprise from $14,700 a year. 14-day free trial.

8. Stack Influence
Stack Influence runs managed micro-influencer seeding for Amazon-first ecommerce brands, with Walmart, Shopify and TikTok Shop also covered. Nothing ships from your warehouse. AI matchmaking and fake-follower screening pick from 410,000 vetted nano- and micro-creators. Each approved creator buys the product at full price, posts and is reimbursed, and you're billed weekly for completed posts only. Stack Influence says those purchases and Amazon Attribution links help ranking. Full usage rights come after posting. Posting is not guaranteed, but an unposted unit costs you nothing.
Good for: Amazon and marketplace sellers that want seeding volume priced per post and, by Stack Influence's account, ranking lift, not curated relationships.
Not a fit for: brands that need YouTube or other channels (Instagram and TikTok only), or creators above nano and micro size (most have under 20,000 followers).
Pricing: one flat fee per completed post, about $30 on average ($39 per promotion on its FAQ), with no monthly fee. Product, shipping and tax are reimbursed on top.

9. Skeepers
Skeepers bundles product seeding with ratings, reviews and brand communities for mid-market and enterprise beauty and retail brands, mostly in Europe. Seeding campaigns run on AI matching from a network Skeepers puts at 400,000 vetted nano- and micro-creators, with TAL, its AI agent, tuning briefs and matches. Creators apply, you select, and the Shopify app creates the order and syncs inventory while your store ships. Content, reviews and royalty-free assets collect in one library, with one-click Spark Ads and Meta partnership codes and TikTok Shop seeding built in. Posting is not guaranteed, and Skeepers reports a post-publication rate above 85%.
Good for: European beauty and retail brands that want one seeding program to produce posts, ratings and reviews together.
Not a fit for: brands that need creators above nano and micro size, a creator pool outside its core European markets, or published pricing.
Pricing: not published. Third-party listings put entry plans around €1,250 a month (Capterra).

10. Insense
Insense is a self-service UGC and influencer marketplace for DTC and Shopify brands with a dedicated Product Seeding campaign type, and a managed option that starts at $2,500 a month. Creators apply to your brief from a marketplace of 115,000+ hand-vetted creators, with 80 to 100 applications per campaign typical. You pick, create the Shopify order from the chat or in bulk, and track eight shipment statuses through to delivery. Content and post metrics land in the campaign chat.
Insense says it accepts about 2 in 10 creators who apply, reviewing portfolio, audience and engagement by hand. Posting is not guaranteed. Full digital usage rights apply to commissioned content, so confirm how they apply to unpaid seeding.
Good for: DTC brands that want seeding, paid UGC and TikTok Shop campaigns from one marketplace at a published price.
Not a fit for: brands on a store other than Shopify, or anyone who wants someone else to ship. Product Seeding is excluded from the Trial plan, and no SOC 2 is published.
Pricing: public: Brand $500/mo billed quarterly or $400/mo billed yearly, Agency $800/mo or $640/mo, plus a 7% to 20% marketplace fee on creator payments. A one-month Trial is $650.

Seeding vs. gifting: what's the difference?
Seeding is gifting run as a sampling program. Same free product, same creators, measured per unit instead of per relationship. The platforms overlap almost completely, which is why many of the same vendors appear in both of our guides.
The words come from different teams. Seeding came out of PR and performance teams, where the question is how many of 500 units turn into posts, reviews and reusable assets, and what each cost. It's also the word Amazon and retail programs use. Gifting is what creators and consumer brands say, and it usually means a curated list and fewer sends.
If your team says gifting, our guide to the best influencer gifting platforms covers the same vendors from that angle. If you need creator content without seeding, see the best UGC platforms.
Frequently asked questions
- What is product seeding?
Product seeding is sending free product to creators so they can try it and, if they like it, post about it. There's no creator fee, so the cost is product, shipping and whoever runs the program. Seeding platforms add creator selection, fulfillment, post tracking and usage rights, which turns samples into a content pipeline.
- How is product seeding different from paid influencer campaigns?
Paid campaigns buy a set deliverable from a chosen creator, under contract and for a fee. Seeding sends product to many creators and lets the content come from the ones who like it. It costs less per creator and reads as more authentic, but you control less of what gets made.
- How much does product seeding cost?
Platform fees run from GRIN's free tier and Modash at $299 a month to custom annual contracts and Statusphere's $10,000 starting investment. Stack Influence charges about $30 per completed post instead. Product and shipping come on top almost everywhere, so budget for units that never become posts.
- How do you measure product seeding?
Measure per unit seeded. Track units out, posts and assets back, reach and engagement on those posts, and sales attributed through codes, affiliate links or Amazon Attribution. Then divide total cost, product and shipping included, by the assets you can reuse. That cost per asset is the number to compare with a studio shoot.
- Is product seeding right for every brand?
No. It works best for physical products that photograph well and ship easily: beauty, food and beverage, wellness, apparel, pet and home. It's a poor fit for high-ticket items, regulated categories where creators can't make claims, and services. Brands with no fulfillment flow should pick a platform that ships for them.
- Do creators have to disclose seeded product?
Yes, in the US. Free product is a material connection, so creators who post about it should disclose that the brand sent it, under the FTC's Endorsement Guides. Put the disclosure requirement in your brief, and check posts for it before you reuse them as ads.
- How is AI changing product seeding?
AI agents now handle parts of the workflow. Upfluence's Jaice writes briefs and runs outreach, GRIN's Gia finds creators, Statusphere's StevieOps runs approvals and compliance review, and Cohley's Finn works across the seeding workflow. The aim is more content per unit and a lower cost per asset on the same sample budget.
