Program Overview
Cohley will allocate up to $10,000,000 USD in creator compensation incentives (the “Program”) to support customer growth through renewals, expansions, and new annual commitments.
Eligibility
The Program is available to:
- Existing customers who renew and/or expand their agreements with Cohley, and
- Net-new customers signing their first agreement with Cohley,
provided that the agreement is:
- An annual or multi-year (e.g., 2-year) contract, and
- Not a pilot-only engagement.
- Pilot agreements, short-term trials, or month-to-month arrangements are not eligible for this Program.
Incentive Structure
- Incentives are applied in the form of creator compensation support, credits, or equivalent value, as determined by Cohley.
- The specific offer, structure, and allocation may vary by customer and agreement.
- All incentives are subject to availability under the $10M Program cap.
Sales & CS Discretion
The assigned Sales Representative and/or Customer Success Manager may communicate:
- Specific incentive amounts,
- Creator compensation details, and
- Program mechanicsdirectly with the brand or agency.
- Final incentive terms must align with Cohley’s internal approval guidelines.
General Conditions
Cohley reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Program at any time,
- Decline participation if eligibility criteria are not met, or
- Modify or discontinue the Program at any time,
- Adjust incentives to ensure fair and consistent application across customers.
Participation in the Program does not alter standard contractual terms unless explicitly documented in a signed agreement or order form.
