Migration from TTCM to TTO

A forced API migration by TikTok was done before the 6/30 deadline. Benefits of this change include:

  1. Easier for Creators to add extra posts
  2. All metrics are pulled regardless of when post is linked to the campaign
  3. Creators can link published posts, drafts, or create a new post via the invite

Login via Facebook to Login via Instagram

A new API was made available by Meta in 2024 which allowed companies like Cohley to enable account authorization through the Business or Professional Instagram login. This huge change means that we no longer need to ask Creators to connect their account to a Facebook Business page. 196 Creators have already completed the easier connection in just 48 hours - meaning fresh faces and new Creators to work with!

Keyword Search in Surveys

Search keywords based on answers to survey questions to help you quickly create lists of various Creator segments based on responses given.

Platform pop-up will prompt new search behavior.

Mass Actions in Brief

Enables mass actions for brands managing creators in briefs, across all workflow stages (applicants, accepted, content to review, completed, etc.). Actions include accepting/rejecting, messaging, exporting, favoriting, listing, processing orders, requesting content, and sending payments—all in bulk, with appropriate confirmations and exceptions.

Ensure posts are in Cohley

Upon selecting 'Move to Completed', a pop-up will show if all posts deliverables have not been linked.

New draft functionality

Update: Style guides no longer have a size limitation. Upload multiple videos to ensure Creators can visualize your content requirements of what you like AND don’t like.

Update to survey questions

Opinion scale questions are now easier to add with fewer fields and streamlined results. All opinion scale questions are now 1-5 with a label field for each value. Additionally, survey questions cannot be edited after launched. However, new questions can be added and existing questions can be deleted. All Creators that answered deleted questions will still be shown with their responses, only impacting new survey responses.

Legal updates in Brand Materials

Do you have your own custom terms in addition to Cohley’s T&Cs? To ensure you don't always have to duplicate a brief, we have added a legal section to our Brand Materials. This also means that you can store different versions for various needs and select the right one when drafting the brief.

While the connection to the brief is still in the works, we'd love if you could start adding your legal terms and provide feedback.

To access, simply click on Brand Settings -> Brand Materials:

Improved language in brief screening

Brief screening questions are read BEFORE the brief. To ensure questions are written with this understanding, a revised design better guides brief writers through the option for the yes/no question as shown below.

Inspire is now simply Amazon

With Amazon’s sunset of Inspire, all text in the Cohley platform referring to Inspire is now simply Amazon. The flow is the same for the brand, yet how the Creator posts their content and how content is consumed by the shoppers is different. It is once again embedded in the shopping experience as opposed to a separate feed of shoppable content.

PayPal’s payment limit is $60k per transaction

Due to an issue where a Creator was not paid, Cohley discovered that the max payment amount that can be sent via PayPal is $60k. If a payment amount exceeds $60k, simply reduce the amount and make 2 payments that equal the full amount as follows:

What if I need to pay more than $60k?

Step 1:

Step 2: Edit Creator compensation to $60k or below.

Step 3: Send payment again and we will calculate the remaining amount.
